Yes. The setup fee is a one-time charge that covers the full build, integration, testing, and deployment of your AI system. The monthly fee covers monitoring, maintenance, updates, reporting, and support.
No hidden fees. Your monthly retainer is a flat rate. There are small usage costs associated with phone minutes (via Twilio, typically a few cents per minute) which we track and include transparently in your monthly report. For most businesses this adds $30–$100/month depending on call volume.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Most clients stay because the results speak for themselves — not because they're locked in.
Yes. The systems are built on your accounts (Vapi, Supabase, n8n, etc.) and you have full access and ownership. If you ever decide to manage it yourself or hire someone else, all credentials and configurations are yours.
Absolutely. Many clients start with just the Voice Agent or Lead Generation system, see the results, and then add more services. Each system is built to integrate seamlessly with others, so expansion is straightforward.
50% of the setup fee is due before we begin. The remaining 50% is due when you approve the system before go-live. Monthly retainers begin after launch and are billed on the same date each month.
